Clients can manage their stone submissions and their team member's access to My Laboratory in the GIA Client Portal. Managing your account includes adding additional services, submitting pick up notifications, emailing a pro forma invoice, and printing reports. If you choose not to manage your account, your GIA grading reports will print once grading has completed and processed for ready for return.
